Re: Searching Benjamin Clifton Tucker

Thanks so much! I know that he ended up with a bullet in his arm from the War. I'm fortunate to have my great-uncle's autobiography. This uncle was the grandson of the man I'm researching. This uncle reminisces about climbing up in his grandpa's lap and feeling the bullet in his arm. Since I've been tracking his regiment, I was trying to determine whether/when he was wounded, and did it require him to leave battle for a while. Since you've told me that he was in service until the War ended, I know that he did not have to leave battle for the duration, if at all.

Going to visit the Brice's Cross Roads memorial next week to continue my explorations.

Thanks!

Melissa
