Concerning your re-enactment of the N.C. Madison Guards, company B. Is this unit the same as Co. B. 60th NC Reg. or at least contain some of the same personel? What is the time frame for the Madison Guards? Was it formed before the draft, after or all together different than the 60th? Although I am disabled, I would be willing to help any way I can in your work concerning Madison co. as I was raised up in Hot Springs, NC and know many descendents of those that served in the 60th, Co.B.
