No, but Gunny's description sounds better than most of the stuff that comes out of Hollywood. There was another about Quantrill that had him just about wearing horns. John Wayne and Roy Rogers were in it, in their VERY young days! LOL I think it was right after Roy stopped using Leonard Slye, his real name. He played the young son who thought Quantrill was the best thing since sliced bread.

Someone mentioned Henry's being 16 or 17 shooters. When I was a kid we used to count how many times a Colt SIX shooter could be fired without reloading; and all those '92 Winchesters being used in the '60s and '70s were a litle off putting. LOL I have seen early attempts at authenticity made by using a '75 Remington as a Percussion looking revolver, because of the "wedge" under the barrel looking a bit like a loading lever. In fact Frank James did carry one in his later years. One thing about "The Outlaw Josey Wales", the guns were correct for the period, though some were converted to cartridge firing a little early.
