Sorry Chief but it burns me up to see how the people are always getting the short end, even in something as seemingly insignifigant as a user fee. And now to top it off it seems the Bush administration wants to limit access to government records by messing with the Freedom of Information Act.......I better quit before my antacid no longer works.LOL
