I agree with your ideas on the staff who pull records. There are some who are interested in their jobs but there are also some who just don't care if they get it right or not. Some are not helpful and if this is the case, they need to go find a 'happy' job. NARA is too important to the American people to have it run by half measure.

Complaining to our congress people is one way to get attention brought to the matter, but right now, they seem to have more pressing matters to handle.
