I've only been visiting this board for a short time (off and on for the past few weeks) and I'm pleased with the moderating. I get the feeling that Jim and Jamie don't always agree with some of my conclusions, but I've never felt that they were prejudiced against me or anyone else in their jobs as moderators.

Civil War discussion can become quite emotional and passionate (which is one thing that has always attracted me to it), but from what I've seen on this website, people are free to express their views as long as it does not become too personal or insulting. It is because the differing viewpoints---some of which are very much at odds---that I like this website. I get bored talking to people I agree with. ;)

If we cross the line, and a post gets deleted, oh well. One can take it personally, or one can calm down and jump back onto the board with an interest of discussion and lively, yet ultimately respectful, debate.
