George, I didn't mean to say it is bad manners. It is just best when changing subjects to start a new thread. One, it is a signal that you wish to discuss that particular subject. Two, it doesn not kill somebody else's thread. Maybe you're right though, maybe it is a matter of manners and respecting the other posters.
