Re: Locating WBTS Soldier's Unit info

Penny:

Genealogy must be a “bang your head against the wall” endeavor sometimes…

Here is something someone sent me a while back, and it has me asking:

“Would the REAL Wife of Milford A. Dally PLEASE stand up?

“MILFORD A.1 DALLY was born November 20, 1869 in Iowa, and died July 11, 1946 in San Diego County, California. He married NELLIE (SARAH F.?) YOUNG. She was born Abt. 1870 in New York or New Jersey.”

Milford A. Dally was my Great Grandfather, the Father of his Wife is the “Young” I’m looking for.

The big question is why would we have the name of NELLIE, and the name SARAH F. listed as Milford’s Wife?

Any thoughts?

Kevin Dally
