Can't understand why anyone would want to bring the NPS into the picture at all. They do some good work, but as you just pointed out look at the cost, and is it really worth it? LOL LOL LOL Don't know if my credentials could get me a cup of coffee on a freezing day. I am pleased to learn that ya'll know of S.H.A.P.E.'s work. We worked long and hard to establish ourselves.

Good examples!! Exactly why I have no love for the NPS myself. Somehow they always have an way to present only half the story, but then again you know who controls their purse strings? None other than Jesse Jackson JR. That pretty much sums it up there.
