Just so I know my starting point. Are you most bothered by my criticism of the article or do you have some personal relationship or affinity for Mr. Hall and take offense at me questioning his position?

Pardon the error regarding his "citizenship". It is my understanding that his wife, who has recently passed away, was from Massachusetts and in another article it referenced a residence in Connecticut. It is my understanding Mr. Hall is "the leading authority on Culpepper, VA in the Civil War" and a tour guide and preservationist. I presume he currently lives in Virginia or the DC area.
