Arguing who was the worst in this war is about as rediculous as passing out speeding tickets at the Indy 500. Southern Heritage folk always try to pass the South off as a victim.
I just don't buy it.
When you "Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war!" You can expect about the worst of everyone on both sides.
