As I pointed out not just CSA vets received a pension but also those who served in support roles. As MoFed pointed out those who supported Union troops did not receive a pension. We are talking about two different and distinct roles here, veterans or soldiers and those who supported the soldier.
What is being posted is a general description of who was awarded pensions, we have passed that point and found new and different info.
