All three are the same company. Apparently the company organized under the Confederate local defense statute shortly before the law of April 16, 1862, went into effect. That law effectively dismantled many militia or local defense commands such as this.

Members appear to have been resident of the City of Charleston. I do not find any subsequent military service under the name A. D. Estill.
