I think you are right. The youngest child, William age 7 months, was born in November 1869 in NC while the rest of the kids were born in SC. I would think they would have moved in summer 1869. Sarah would have gotten pregnant in February 1869 and would have been 4 or 5 months along. The 1870 Census indicates they are living next door to a William Cook age 61 which I assume is his father and he may have been in ill health. There is a Sarah Causly [?][What relationship, if any?] keeping house and has a 26 year old daughter [Lucinda] living with her, as well as 10 year old Ellen Paxten [Who is she and what is the relationship?]. All speculation, but.........
