Thanks...it helps me greatly. I also found the after action report that Gen Preston Smith submitted soon after the Battle of Richmond, a mere six weeks before Perryville. In it he lists Captain M. W. Clusky (assistant Adjutant General); Captain J. H. Edmoundson (Brigade Inspector); Major A.M. Looney (Volunteer Aide-de-camp) and Mr. F. B. Rodgers (Aide-de-camp). With the addition of Capt Thomas King and Mr. Booker Hunter I now six members of General Smith's staff fleshed out.
