Athens Daily Post Atenian (Roll 104), Chattanooga Daily Rebel (Roll 145), Cleveland Banner, Knoxville Brownlow's Whig (Roll 147), Knoxville Daily Register (Roll 106).

With the exception of the Cleveland Banner, microfilm rolls may be obtained from the Tennessee State Library & Archives in Nashville.

There was also a paper published in Greenville that I am aware of.

I find the Athens Daily Post to be the most informative. I know that men of the 43rd Tennessee had subscriptions to the Cleveland Banner while at Vicksburg in 1863.
However, they are not available to my knowledge.
