Carlo Patti, age 22/25, enlisted as a Private in Company B, 2nd (Robinson's) Infanrty (Walker Legion) (Murry Rifles) April 27, 1861 at Columbia/May 1, 1861 in Maury County, Tenn., recorded on the July 1, 1862 muster as having been transferred to the Signal Corps., served as Signal Operator at Mobile Bay, Ala. December 1862 & January 1863 Sergeant (Lance), the March/April 1863 muster records as "Detached services last heard of giving Concerts Ord Genl Cleburne," recorded on January 27,1864 as having deserted, "in Boston, Mass." M268, Compiled Service Records)

Sergeant C. Patti detailed April 27,1862 in Captain T. H. Clagett's Signal Corps in the District of the Gulf at Mobile, Alabama, present on the June 30, 1863 muster, no further records (M258, Compiled Service Records of Confederate Soldiers Who Served in Organizations Raised Directly by the Confederate Government)
