sorry for delay in getting back to you; am fighting a very nasty virus (flu-like except for no fever; lotsa aches, respiratory, GI, nice black circles under eyes, etc.). Missed all last week with this thing; am drinking lots of fluids, orange juice, etc.

When able, if you could post some of your info re the TH POW holding center, that would be great!!!!!
