Craig - I may be published in the future, I'm working with two university presses. If you want a copy, I can get them reproduced at Kinko's for $25. It's about 250 pages, with the maps and all. There is no local bindery, so it would be loose. It probably has a great deal of material that would parallel the 22nd Texas, and much of the information has never been published before.
