I am looking for information relating to the 35th Texas Calvary. I am especially interested in Joe Schochler (may have been spelled Shockler or similiar) who supposedly enlisted in Co. I from Cherokee County TX. Any information about Joe or this unit would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
