Gary: That would be Capt Henry McGrady Morrison (1837-1899), 2nd Lt William J. Morrison (1835-1862), and Pvt. John Dickey Morrison (1830-1896), all of Co. I. Capt. Morrison retired to Athens after the war, where he started a brick factory. Lt. Morrison was mortally wounded in the trenches at Corinth. Pvt. Morrison enlisted in 62, joined the Sixth in Feb 1863, was separated in Oct 63 with amputation of lower right leg, eventually died in OK. Unfamiliar with J.B. Morrison, though a son born to Pvt. Morrison in 1867 in Atehns was named Jefferson Belk, which of course is not the member of Co A.

Will refer to Soldier and Sailors.

Thanks,
Charles
