Thanks for your kind comments about my book! The Barr article just has aggregate casualties for Jenkins' Ferry as well as Mansfield and Pleasant Hill--however, the endnotes would guide you to the newspaper casualty lists which would list individual names.

I would very much like to read Dr. Dye's comments about 28th Texas soldiers. Sure, give me the names of the patients from the 28th, and I'll try to assist you. Unfortunately, I do not have the CSR reels but still may have some information that would help you.
