Hi I hope someone can help. I am trying to establish, if possible, how and where at Gettysburg 1863 the subject officer was captured. He was formerly a Sgt in Coy B the 4th Texas Infantry. He was born in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) Sept 6 1837, Died Georgetown, July 31 1884. He was the son of a British Indian Army Officer.
