Thanks for info. I'm a very distant relation to Price. Would I be right in thinking that he could have encountered pickets from Ayres' 2nd div? I'd also like to narrow the info down to which regt., he was captured by, if at all possible.
As for Capt John Cussons, he is also an ancestor of mine. I've loads of info about him. I have reason to believe he may have been captured by the 118th Pa., that same morning of the July 3rd., but like Price, I'm seeking confirmation.

It's quite a coincidence that two ancestors of mine should get both captured on the exact day, possibly within the same time scale and not too far from each other.
