I've just sent in an email request to the National Archives to see how I would go about getting a copy of Manuscript 3356. It may take them a while to get around to it--I've got a pending request with them for two Tyler, Texas, associated documents right now, and it's been a couple of weeks with no response. I'm hoping that my .edu email address might help a little, but who knows? Just as soon as I hear anything I will let you know. I suspect that this may take months.
