Those units which list "Losses: Unknown" may either not have been engaged (in reserve?) or may be the results of lost records during and/or after the retreat back south...an epic and brutal event in itself. The other (major) division engaged under Maj. Gen. Sterling Price appears to be entirely comprised of Missouri troops.
