Most of the other articles are just brief mentions of where he was working at the time. When he was visiting Dallas or Fort Worth the town in which he was then residing is mentioned.

I'll abstract those items which should provide a timeline of the various newspapers he was associated with. Those may coincide with the camps.

I would think that supportive articles and editorials in his newspapers qualify as "involved in organizing camps" whether or not he was a member or officer.

His stature and reputation as a journalist would have been an asset to Sul Ross and the UCV.
