Did you get to comment when the student editor of the A&M newspaper wrote an article saying they should tare down "Sully". I sent him a Red Raider barb.

I was in Alpine not to long ago and the only thing the Amtrack people knew about the school was that "Hoss" Cartwright had graduated there. When I said something about Ross they did not have a clue. And I am a Red Raider. Been studying the Brigade too long.

One other thing that I like was that Ross was a more popular Governor than Maw Ferguson. No other Governors were in the running.
