What is your ancestor's name?

The CSA had two General Hospitals in Houston, Texas. This list was made by an unknown doctor at one of these hospitals. Loretta E. Burns transcribed the list and had it published in 1983. I took the list that she made, did extensive further research into the men and their units, then revised the list to include the new information like the regimental designations, branches of service, states, even companies and company commanders that were missing from the original work and alphabetized the list. It is not known where these men were buried but it is very strongly suspected that many were buried in the area around Jefferson Davis Hospital (now loft apts) and Houston Fire Dept.
