Hale Brothers...Hunt Co

I'm looking for information/descendants for 3 brothers who enlisted from Hunt County:

1)Peyton (Pate) Hale (3/12/1848 - 3/7/1929). I'm not sure what unit he served with. I've got the Widow's Pension Application for his wife, Della (which was approved), but she never knew for sure. There are a couple of sworn statements that he was a veteran, but no one seemed to know what unit.

2)Creed Hale (4/18/1838 - 3/1/1891) was in Co D, 8th TX Cavalry

3)Freil Hale (3/18/1845 - 3/3/1922) was in Co A, 1st TX Sharpshooters

Creed is buried at East Mount Cemetery. Freil and Pate are buried at Shiloh Cemetery. We are planning a ceremony to honor the 15+ WBTS veterans buried at Shiloh and are trying to get as much information on these men as possible, including descendants.

I would really appreciate any assistance on this!
