Can anyone help me locating this man on 1860 Census? I think he is the Samuel Jenkins, farmer, age 16, on the 1850 Roanoke County Census, but can't seem to find him in the 1860 Census.

JENKINS, SAMUEL J.: Pvt., Co. E. Enl. 6/4/61, Salem, Roanoke County. Present in unit 8/31/61. AWOL from unit 10/10/61 to 11/20/61. Hospitalized, sick, Rockbridge Alum Springs by 12/31/61 when absent from unit. Present in unit 2/28/62 and 8/7/62. MWIA, "5 wounds," Cedar Run 8/9/62. Hospitalized, wounds of leg and hip, Charlottesville 8/14 to 26/62 when he died of wounds. Personal effects: $9.75 and "sundries." Postwar rosters indicate he was elected 3rd Lt., 4/21/62. This is not supported by other sources.
