Definatley sounds like my husband's great grandfather. He ended up living in Philadelphia. All I have would be names of his wife and children and probably some dates concerning them. His wife's father served in the Union Army during the war. That must have been an interesting relationship!! I was hoping for some family history from Virginia and before - another mystery to solve!
