A couple of years ago we discovered a battlefield grave at Helena that was in the area where the 35th assaulted Battery D. We assumed they were KIAs from the 35th or Hawthorne's Regt. I assisted in the archaeological excavations and gave the eulogy at their reinternment in the Spring of 2004. If you like I can forward a copy of the eulogy and the archaeology report.
