I used all of the material of the national archives and then added everything related to Hindman from the Peter Wellington Alexander Papers, which filled in all the blanks for October 1862 to January 1863.

For general fund of information I guess I should add that I transcribed all of the records of Hindman's papers found in the PWA papers, to include all of the letters to Hindman and early returns.
