I can state that many of the companies in the regiment known as Hawthorn/Cocke's Arkansas Infantry regiment also known as the 6th Trans Miss Inf or 39th Arkansas Infantry were conscripts, raised in June 1862 after it had kicked in. the same can be said for Crawford's Arkansas Cavalry. Regiments organized in say Feb and Mar 1862 (like the 30th later called 25th Ark Inf , as well as Monroe's Cavalry etc were those men who enlisted to avoid the stigma of being a conscript. In his official report at Prarie Grove, Hawthorn praises his "regiment of conscripts" for their performance during the battle. Later, many companies were reduced drastically due to desertion in 1863, especially after the debacle at Helena. By Jenkin's Ferry in April 1864 the regiment was too small to even stand alone and was most likely serving within another regiment of Hawthorn'e brigade there since Col John B. Cocke was killed there.

These are just a couple of those I know of and research would show the breakdown of pre conscription and post conscription companies and regiments.
