Grinsted(d) lived in Cameron Co., TX in the 1850 census. Married Catherine A. Goodwin 7-11-1851 in Cameron Co. Then moved to Jefferson. He was a judge in Jefferson, TX as well as an editor. He published the Marion County (TX) Herald 1857-58. Moved to Camden, AR in 1859.
