Anthony, from what I can find out, the order -- which is not in the ORs -- has something to do with rockets used by Confederates, maybe Texans. The transcribed telegram below appears to be the basis for the query.

“Napoleon [Arkansas] June 15th 1862 Genl [Thomas] Hindman The information sent you from White River is corroborated Nothing received last night except a single rocket was observed about 10 oclock in the direction of the north of White river. All quiet here yet The citizens are guarding the Hospital to prevent it being burnt. Nothing from below. J.J. Noonan Watchman Chgd Govt.”
