Okay, I have not seen that either, but I remember something somewhere about TExans and rockets but not sure of the locality or accuracy. It will be interesting to see though if it turns up. Perhaps it resides in dust at NARA. I have a friend who has one of HIndman's orders signed by Robert C Newton that details the raising of partisan companies in each county, to be utilized locally only etc, etc. Just wanted to check if that was the one.
