Received an email back from Brad Quinlan.... "Masonic word was never used. Masonic emblem has never mentioned, not once, I have accounts that talk about truce and no--no--mention at all about the Masonic emblem none none."

This seems to be the consensus so far with all of the historians and experts I've spoken to. Unless I can find that smoking gun evidence of some eye witness to this truce having a Masonic connection I'm leaning towards that it wasn't Masonic inspired but rather a true act of humanity in a slaughter.
