Tom and Ken, thank you so much for your input. I am just shocked that there is so little on the flags of this Regiment. One would think that of the 2500 boys that fought and died at places like 2nd Corinth, Vicksburg, Franklin, Nashville and Bentonville, a flag would have been surrendered or at least kept by a unit member somewhere along the way. Let me ask a stupid question in light of my ignorance of flag issues. Are there any places where I can put out a general call for information on flags of this Regiment other than this message board that might help us? Also, Tom, please email me a copy of the drawing if you have it. Thanks. Doug
