A couple things:

1) The 43rd Mississippi was in all of the battles represented by the honors on the large flags you have mentioned. So those battles should have been on the flag, at least those for Corinth, Iuka, and Vicksburg.

2) The 35th Miss. flag was taken at Allatoona Pass (GA) in October 1864. It, along with another Mississippi unit flag (39th if I correctly recall - a Mobile Depot pattern flag), were sent to Minnesota where what's left of them still survive in the collections of the Minnesota Historical Society. In one of the attempted returns of captured CS flags to the South after the war, Minnesota veterans threatened to tear the flags up before they would see them sent back. Evidently they carried out their threat. Fortunately, the flags were painted for posterity and those images, and images of what's left of the flags, are available on the MHS web site.
