I have found only two descriptions of this flag.
In 1905 it was described as "being made of fine
bunting 18' X 13'4" with 13 stars."
The flag was made by a Miss Sibby Padgett and sold
to Mr. James Jackson for thirty dollars.
(Atlanta Constitution April 2, 1905)
The second description;
25' X 14' of the very best bunting "with 12 white
stars in a circle, with a 13th larger star in the centre."
(Richmond Times Dispatch Sept. 14, 1902)
The NY State Military Museum measures it as being
14' X 24' with 8 stars, seven in a circle with one
in the center. (1995.3033)
The number of stars and their configuration may
be a matter of conjecture. The flag is heavily
souvenired.
