After digging deep at the LOC on Pa regiments that might have lost a flag at Gettysburg I found alot more then I could have wished.

40th Pa aka 11th Reserves flags captured June, 1862. Most of the regiment surrendered during a battle during the Seven Days Campaign.

190th Pa aka 1st Vetern Pa aka 42nd aka 13th Reserves lost a flag and most of the men captured at Weldon RR.

147th Pa-Did not lose a flag at Gettysburg
143rd Pa-" " " " "
68th Pa " " " " "
114th Pa " " " " "
57tth Pa " " " " "

105th Pa on October 27th, 1864 lost their national and state flag.

63rd Pa lost their state flag also on October 27th, 1864.

148th Pa-lost their state flag late summer/early fall 1864.

145th Pa--lost "state flag" June 16th, 1864 at Petersuburg, most of the regiment was captured.

106th Pa--Lost state flag at Petersburg, most of the regiment captured.

65th Pa aka 5th Pa Cav--lost a company guidon at Williamsburg on Sep 9th, 1862.

191st Pa (2nd Vetern Reserves) lost a flag and most men captured at Weldon RR, August 19th 1864.

I have another listing of the 13Pa reserves aka 42nd lost a state flag. It does not say what battle, when where, how etc. This is not the same flags lost when the 13th Pa aka 42nd Pa was called the 190th Pa later in the war.

The 153rd Pa at Gettysburg carried only their national flag.

The 56th Pa lost their "state flag" at Gettyburg but some of you have pointed out that flag was not there at Gettysburg. I will just leave that with a question mark.

74th Pa's flags not captured at Chancellorsville.
