To add to what Ken stated, Semmes' Brigade probably still used Magruder flags at Sharpsburg where one was captured. Most seem to have been replaced by Second Bunting flags after the Seven Days Campaign was concluded. Almanea Tompkins of Norfolk was the flag maker.
