Since there wasn't any fighting at Macon GA, it seems unlikely that these soldiers were actually captured there. A large number of Confederates and others were paroled at Macon by Gen. Wilson's provost marshals. I may be mistaken, but quite a few of those paroled appear to have been captured by Wilson's troops earlier in the raid and released at Macon.
