Re: Lt. Judson C. Sapp, 2nd Regt. GA Vol Inf.

Sapp's name appears in the University of Virginia matriculation records for the 1859 session. He signed himself in as Judson C. Sapp, born Oct. 27, 1837, at Alexander, Ga.(Burke Co.), son of William Sapp. The records say he was later killed at Gettysburg, though the particulars are not provided. He is most likely interred at the Old Norbourne Cemetery in Martinsburg.
