Huguenot Springs is in Powhatan Co.,Va. JEB Stuart,SCV Camp has caretaker for about 30 years. Prior to that the Kiwanis (sp?) Club was caretaker. When SCV took over grass was over a foot high and medal fence was falling down. In addition to that some animals grazed there. At that time there were no grave markers,only a small monument.
