3 of 4 Carson brothers die in civil War

Some CW buffs and I came across a private cemetary off the (Gen.)John B Gordon Road in Taylor Co,Georgia yesterday. 4 Carson brothers of the Confederacy are buried there. 3 of the 4 died in the war. They were SGT JAMES ALSON CARSON OF 12TH GA INFANTRY DOD: 8-27-1862.........MAJOR JOHN THOMAS CARSON OF 12TH GA INFANTRY: DOD 9-30-1864 (MORTALLY WOUNDED AT WINCHESTER,VA ON 9-19-1864) AND PVT ROBERT HALL CARSON OF 12TH GA INFANTRY DOD: 3-25-1865.......THE 1 SURVIVING BROTHER OF THE WAR WAS CAPT JOSEPH P CARSON OF 14TH GA INFANTRY WHO LIVED TO 3-25-1889....This small cemetary is just a few yards down from one of the homes that Gen John B Gordon lived in after the CW on a large farm Gordon owned. If anyone can determine the battles that these first 2 brothers died at,it would be a help. My salute to the Carson family for the great sacrifice of their ancesters.
