A longshot would be the 442-roll National Archives microfilm collection known as the "Unfiled Slips", info. that was not included in a Confederate soldier's Compiled Service Record. I've had some luck with this little-used resource. The National Archives branch in Morrow, GA, and Wallace State College in Hanceville, AL both have this collection.
