Note: I'm assuming he had just turned 17 years old who enlisted rather than be Conscripted

Companies A and B, Cobb Guards, Georgia Infantry, were temporarily attached to the 22nd Battalion Georgia Heavy Artillery about September 19, 1863

H and stationed at Fort Barton, Ga at the end of February, 1864, on extra duty as Company Gardner August, 1864, absent in Greensboro Hospital when paroled April, 1865

* This company subsequently became Company B, Cobb Guards, Georgia Infantry
